Refund Policy
At Leafy Lovers, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Our refund policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of mind We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully.
Damaged or faulty items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at leafylovers@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Perishable or live goods Due to the nature of live plants and perishable items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your item arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will do our best to make it right.
How to request a refund Email us at leafylovers@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days.
Refund processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
