Processing Time Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. We offer the following options:
- Standard shipping
- Large/Extra Large items
- Bulky items
- Local delivery (where available)
Delivery Times Estimated delivery times within Australia:
- Metro areas: 3–7 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
Please note these are estimates only and delays may occur during peak periods.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Live Plants & Fragile Items We take great care in packaging live plants and fragile items. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number at leafylovers@outlook.com
Local Delivery We offer local delivery to select areas. If this option is available for your address, it will appear at checkout.
International Shipping We currently only ship within Australia.
